The Hinterland Art Group has an exhibition currently running at the Pomona art gallery (Old train opposite the pub).  They joined the hype of excitement of the local town of Pomona by choosing the topic of "Achieving Heights -- All the way to the top".  The exhibition was launch in conjunction the King of the Mountain held in Pomona on the weekend.

Jocelyn Blackmore, Wendy Cailtin, Simone Celestine, Jeanette Dehnen, Lies Donovan (President of the club), Deb Dougherty (Pictured with art work title A view from the top), Lorraine Fraser, Jeff Fraser, Ann Garner, Wally Garner, Donna Goossens (Pictured with her artwork Wils Winter Moon), Agymcha, Leonie Harvey, John Lodge, Claire Lait, Jacqueline Pearsell,  Robert Rosewarne, Joan Sussmilch, and Bev Watkin are the artists whose work is being exhibited.

The diverse display of many mediums is definitely worth a look.  There are many different perspectives of the journey up to the top of the mountain, and for ayone who has climbed to the top they are sure to agree with the term journey. The exhibit is open for the next month.  So get along and check out some of our local talent.
