Celebrate things good for your body, mind, soul and planet at the fifth annual "All Well & Good" day this Saturday 29th September at the Original Eumundi Markets.

All Well & Good is a free (no entry fee) health and wellness event – a day of education and healthy pampering celebrating nourishing foods, natural products, therapies and lifestyle choices.

Market Manager Peter Homan says All Well & Good is a day to learn more about what you can do for yourself and your family when it comes to health, fitness and general wellbeing.

Visitors can also join the All Well & Good Trail through the markets and learn from wellness oriented stalls including herbal medicines, natural skincare, Ayurvedic medicine, naturopathy, massage, reiki, spiritual and energy healing.

“It’s a great opportunity to sample, test, try and buy products and services, and those who spend $10 today at stalls on the All Well & Good Trail will go in the draw to win an All Well & Good hamper bursting with health and wellness products,” says Peter.

“There’ll be a wide range of demonstrations and displays throughout the day, and we’ve also arranged for a FREE rock climbing wall and FREE bungee trampoline for kids on the day. After all, looking after your body is all about being active!,” he says.

“To ensure the positive happy vibes are really flowing today, we’ll have the Hug Patrol sharing their ‘free hugs’ and Let’s Laugh sharing the goodness of laughter therapy”.
