An "Afternoon of Harmony and Humour" will be held on Sunday 15th March, at 2pm at St. Mary's Church, 24 King St., Buderim.
This annual concert is organised by Bev Gourlay and Neil Booth, and is part of March's "Red Cross Calling" activities.
There is an excellent line up of superb artists, namely.
Brisbane Soprano Elizabeth Hood, who is well known as a comic, operatic entertainer:
Tenor Andy Hanrahan (who played the role of Jean Valjean in the recent "Les Miserables" performance), is back by popular demand:
Jazz Singer Tanya Mc Fadyen will be accompanied by keyboard Maestro Brian King:
Rose Palmer recently won the Female Vocal and Best Overall Vocal at Yandina's Country Music Festival:
Singers Bev Gourlay and Aart Schouten will sing solos and also duets together (they're regular soloists with the Sunshine Coast Concert Band):
Roger Hardy is a Singer/Guitarist who particularly enjoys country comedy songs. He was a Senior Idol Finalist last year:
Prodigy violinist (13 year old) Annabelle Swainston who recently was awarded her A.Mus.A. with distinction and participated in the National Music Camp in Adelaide.
This variety concert is fun-filled with Neil Booth providing compering and piano skills.
Cost is only $10, payable at the door, and includes afternoon tea .
