All the Best of Rock n Roll at Tewantin RSL

Atmosphere’s Don’t Lock Up Your Granny Show is a fun filled rockin’ night that brings you the very best of Rock ’n Roll from the 50s, 60s and 70s.  The show encapsulates the days when poodle skirts and bodgies and widgies roamed the clubs. It is full of nostalgia and brings you hits from some of the world’s greatest entertainers such as Chuck Berry, Dion, The Shadows, Elvis, Bobby Vee and Roy Orbison to name a few.

Atmosphere is led by front man Doug Grice and the band brings a performance that has the distinctly rock n roll swing. Doug has performed at many national and international clubs around the world, has released two CDs and has fronted the band for over 15 years.  Jim Ewart on bass guitar, Steve Fisher on lead guitar and Greg Drower on Drums and Harmonies add their consummate experience to the line-up.

Atmosphere is a high energy band that performs the circuit right around the country. They’ll have you bopping to songs like Copperhead Road, Poison Ivy and Run Around Sue.  The show has all the favourites of three decades of rock and roll music that will not only enthral you but get you up on the dance floor.

You can catch them for free at Tewantin Noosa RSL in the South Bar on Saturday 16th January from 8pm.  Don’t forget there is a free courtesy bus to get you there and home again - bookings can be made on 5447 1766.
