From his beginnings as a child prodigy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Attilla Sautov has gained enormous accolades and toured over forty countries as violin soloist with major orchestras before finally settling in Brisbane. His enormous energy and determination to share his talents with one and all, has transpired into a fusion of his classical background with modern rock, as he directs his expertise into creating and presenting unique interpretations of music from the Baroque era to the 21st Century.
With his usual flair, Attilla will perform some of his most popular arrangements; from Michael Jackson, The Beatles, Sting and Led Zeppelin to Bach, Vivaldi and Paganini, as well as Greek, Brazilian, Jewish, Irish and Russian Kalinka songs. Attilla will now add to this mix in a brief collaboration with Sydney-based musical project, Ethnodelica, whose music includes World, New Age, Folk Rock, Neo Classical and Electronic genres. They will feature a diverse range of unique instruments including duclar, overtone flute, djembe and vargan, as well as guitar, bass guitar, cello and vocals.
Ethnodelica are popular in the Sydney gig scene, and are appearing only at Maleny during their short Queensland visit.
