The National Stroke Foundation will be presenting free information sessions across Sunshine Coast Libraries.

• Come along to learn what exactly a stroke is and the effects it can have.
• Discover simple steps you can take to help prevent a stroke later in life.
• Learn to recognise the warning signs and symptoms of a stroke and what to do if you or someone you know ever has one.
