Keynote speaker and USC Human Resource Management Lecturer Dr John Whiteoak will explain how strategic leadership is imperative, both for business survival now and to create a platform to thrive in the future.
John will outline some leadership fundamentals and provide practical suggestions and tips on how entrepreneurs, managers and executives can manage people more effectively.
Dr Whiteoak has more than 10 years experience working with Australian and global organisations across a range of industries, including construction, government, higher education, mining and property development.
He also is a dynamic keynote speaker on motivation and leadership, and has published work in international management journals on topics like team effectiveness, human resource management, and employee motivation.
