The Noosa Parks Association - Weekly Diary
Friday 26th October to Thursday 1st November
This week's NPA Environment Forum at the Environment Centre, Wallace Park starts Friday 26th with interpretative birding with Bob Carey at 8.30, followed with a discussion of local flora, fauna and environmental issues at 10.30 and at 11.15 Isobel Pert will be telling us about the 'Shells of Papua New Guinea'.
On Sunday 28th The Botany Field Trip will be to Cudgerie Common, Blueberry Drive off Cudgerie Dr., off Elm St., north of Cooroy. Meet there at 9.30 am for a walk in the bushland adjacent to the Cudgerie Estate. Take morning tea.
Also on Sunday 28th the Cooloola Bushwalkers will meet at 7.30 am at the Environment Centre at Wallace Park for a walk in Northern Cooloola at Coops Corner/Upper Teewah Creek. Leader Annette Ehrhardt 5449 1547.
