Internal Activities
The activities on board this year include:
Be A Player
A new animated activity for 2006 allows visitors to the Road Train to become an NRL player and determine whether the ultimate goal is kicked or a game-winning try is scored.
Call the Game
Another popular activity - visitors participate by viewing a passage of play with commentary that leads to a try.  They then have the opportunity to participate themselves by watching the same piece of footage again - but this time they are the commentator!
Visitors will have the opportunity to see priceless Rugby League memorabilia including the Telstra Premiership trophy, the Dally M medal and Artie Beetson's maroon jersey from the very first State of Origin game held at Lang Park in 1980.
NRL Game Ladder
The most common request at the Road Train is competition ladder information.  For this reason this screen will be devoted to updating weekly game results and highlighting the competition ladder.
With Sony confirmed as a Coca-Cola Zero Rugby League Road Train sponsor for 2006 - the Road Train will feature screens dedicated to the NRL game on PS2 and visitors will be able to watch the latest movies on PSP.
Video Ref
Updated with exciting vision - the game referee defers to the Road Train's visitors as they make the final (Video Ref) decision based on watching game footage.
Who Am I?
By watching game footage and answering some tough questions - visitors will have a chance to test their Rugby League knowledge by identifying three mystery NRL players.
2006 will see an increase in the amount of permanent activities that are conducted outside at most locations.
After a successful debut in 2005 this activity will be run in conjunction with skills clinics in regional locations.  A professional cheerleader will take participants through a short routine to music complete with pom poms!  It is a great activity for younger children - testing memory and co-ordination.
Pass the Ball
Visitors to the Road Train will have a chance to practice their passing in this activity.  Boards will be set up at most appearances (location permitting) which will enable the public to hone their ball skills.
