Following in the footsteps of traditional Mediterranean olive oil makers, Cobram Estate’s master blender has created a distinctive range of different olive oil styles to suit a range of palates. This Masterclass lunch hosted by Leandro Ravetti will give you an overview of the various types and how and when to use. Enjoy a fabulous meal incorporating some of these oils prepared by James Brinklow, Matt McConnell & Nicky Riemer.
