Council needs your help to plant more than 10,000 native species along the dunes at Maroochydore Beach.
This revegetation is an important part of the sand renourishment project. A total of 17,000 plants will be planted over several months.
You can help for as little or as long as you can.
Don’t forget to:
• wear comfortable protective clothing
• wear enclosed footwear
• slop on some sunscreen
• slap on a hat
• bring a water bottle.
The community planting day at Maroochydore Beach has been postponed a week.
