The aim of the Connect to Your Creek Week initiative is for all residents to form a connection with their local waterways and, in turn, the motivation to value and care about them.
From an educational boat trip along Pumicestone Passage or Maroochy River to kayaking up Currimundi Lake, the exciting program of events and activities will enable people of all ages and interests to actively engage with their local waterways through enjoying a variety of different recreational, cultural and educational experiences.

Sunshine Coast residents are invited to come on board Caloundra Eco Cruise and experience the beauty of the Pumicestone Passage. Residents will be treated to an enjoyable morning whilst learning about the history of the waterway and its significance to our community and environment.
Once the information session is finished residents will have time to sit back, relax, have a bite to eat and enjoy the site and sounds of nature as you glide through the waterway.
Event supported by council, Unitywater and tour operator.
