2010 Cooking Classes at Blue Angel with Chef Daniel Mosedale, overlooking the beautiful Noosa River.
This year the theme for the cooking classes will be regional dishes from France & Italy.
The first class in February will be about regional dishes from Lyon (Rhone-Alpes), which is regarded as the culinary capital of France. It was in Lyon that Daniel first started his cooking career at a restaurant called La Tour Rose.
We will be travelling to Italy in May and will return full of inspiration and culinary delights.
We hope to see you all soon.
All classes are $60 unless otherwise marked.
This includes coffee on arrival, the cooking class, lunch and a glass of wine and recipes to take home.

14th April - Alsace
May - No Class
16th June - Amalfi Coast (Salerno Province, Italy)
14th July - Rome (Lazio Region)
Classes start at 10am and usually finish around 1pm.
