As a part of Cooroy Fusion on Saturday 12 May, the Cooroy Lower Mill Board are holding the “Fusion Food Festival” to showcase the amazing diversity and offerings of fresh produce and food products available in the region.
“The Fusion Food Festival is going to really compliment the other activities in town on 12 May. It is the first year we’ve held it but we’ve had great response from stallholders and will have over 20 stalls showcasing everything from honey to cook books,” said Lower Mill Board Chairperson, Carol Christensen.
“We even have a raw food demonstration at 11am and a music program in the afternoon. Due to the great response, we are confident that it will continue in future years and that the program will expand to include more demonstrations and stallholders.”
“The Fusion Food Festival is being held on the same day as Cooroy Fusion which includes performers, sporting groups, markets, workshops and arts. Also in town on that day is the annual Cooroora Woodworkers Wood & Craft Show and the Orchid Society Mother's Day show.”
“The town is going to be alive on Saturday 12 May with so much to do and see! We are really excited to see all four events working together. It will be a great day out!”
