At Gaston Bar Bistro, Pascal Turschwell and chef Daniel Penfold will titillate our palates, before Bistro C and chef Dale Merlo present delicious duck – No. 2. Then on to Sails Beach Café for the third dish on the Ducks Deluxe tour presented by chef Paul Leete, together with a delicate little dessert.
