Durelle Dean's Story of Survival

Durelle Dean says of her childhood, "I had to walk over broken glass just to survive, but I never told anyone.' She and her siblings were abandoned by both their parents at a young age and left alone to survive in a tiny farmhouse, but they did more than survive.

You are invited to hear author Durelle Dean speak about her book Ravaged Innocence. A book which is a moving and heartfelt story of her early life. Set in rural New Zealand 1939 - 1959.
