Bruce Napier who also leads the Napier & Associates Environmental Consultants team has almost 20 years experience consulting on environmental, engineering and natural resources project around Queensland and the rest of Australia
John Collins, Development Manager, Investa Property Group, Sunshine Coast
John Collins is the development manager for Investa Property Group on the Sunshine Coast with responsibility for delivery of the Bellflower and Palmview projects. Prior to commencing with Investa late last year, John worked as a development manager for a number of land development companies – most recently for Stockland on the Gold Coast with responsibility for Pacific Pines - one of the first master planned communities in SE Qld. John has a degree in Civil Engineering and an active interest in the creation of economically, socially and environmentally sustainable communities.
Michael Kane, Assistant Director Environment and Innovation at the Urban Land Development Authority (ULDA)
Michael Kane is Assistant Director Environment and Innovation at the Urban Land Development Authority (ULDA), a Queensland state government planning and development authority. This role involves Michael working with the ULDA’s planning and development teams to develop and implements sustainable environmental and economic strategies and initiatives.
Prior to this Michael was the Principal Advisor to CEO of the ULDA with responsibilities for strategic development during the period when the ULDA went from having responsibility for three urban development areas to fourteen in less than 12 months. Michael previously worked as an adviser for the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure in Western Australia with his area of responsibilities including WA Government’s land development authorities and strategic planning.
