Fresh to the Table brings the produce from the Sunshine Coast
Hinterland to the heart of Noosa's fine dining experience at
award-winning restaurant Noosa Springs on Monday 31 August.
Facilitated by celebrity chef Matt Golinski (The Rolling Dolmade Products and regular chef on Channel 10's Ready, Steady, Cook) and hosted by Dominique Rizzo, dinner is prepared at the table using fresh ingredients as local growers from Noosa Spanner Crabs, Bendele Farm Organic Duck, Palato Gelato, Eumundi Strawberry and Noosa Valley Market Garden share their stories in conversation over dinner.
Specially crafted and designed table centrepieces created by children from the Noosa Edible School Gardens Project, bring the next generation of farmers to the table to share their stories and ideas for the future.
Fresh to the Table is one in a series of At Our Table events presented by Q150 and the State Library of Queensland celebrating Queensland people - our food, our stories and exploring our cultural and culinary heritage.
