The Caloundra Family History Research group invites you to the following events at their premises: Guide Hut, Arthur Street, Caloundra

The Caloundra German Singers will be entertaining us with German Folk Songs.  Topics will include:

"A brief overview of the history of the German and Polish areas"

"Locating villages in the former German Empire"

"An overview of birth, marriage and death records from Germany"

Bring along your questions to ask Eric.

Research your family history with the help of the volunteers from Caloundra Family History Research Inc.

RESEARCH HOURS: THURSDAYS: 9.30am - 4pm (except general meeting days - 3rd Thursday of each month) and SATURDAYS: 9.30am - 12.30pm.

Members $2/ Non-members $5 per session

Researchers are able to access 'Ancestry UK' via the internet and the Group's Library which contains maps, over 1200 books, more than 3,000 microfiche, 600 data CDs and 100's of genealogical magazines from 75 societies worldwide.  Bookings required for internet research only.($2/hr)
