NEW STAFF SOLUTIONS HOLDS TIMELY WORKSHOP
‘HOW TO GET THE JOB’
A recent survey of job seeking candidates by New Staff Solutions has shown that Sunshine Coast job seekers are giving up hope, believing they are facing significant barriers to finding a job.
The recently released unemployment figures for the Sunshine Coast for July 2012 have also shown that the unemployment figure is now at 8.8%, compounding the difficulties for job hunters in a very tight market.
In response to those statistics and in an effort to help those looking for a job in the challenging economic climate of the Sunshine Coast, New Staff Solutions are holding a workshop entitled “How to Get the Job”.
The workshop is designed to assist all levels of job seekers, with topics covering resume and job application writing skills, interview techniques, and tips and tricks from a recruiter’s perspective with the aim of arming job seekers with the tools, skills and techniques they need to become more confident in their job hunting and to the ultimate goal of obtaining a job.
Peta Simpson, Director of New Staff Solutions (the most highly awarded recruitment consultancy north of Brisbane), will share her experience and knowledge of the industry to help candidates better understand the recruitment process, and how they can increase their chances of job hunting success.
The Workshop will be held at the offices of New Staff Solutions on Friday 14th September, 2012 from 10:00am to 11:30am. The cost is $30 (incl gst) per person and includes morning tea.
