The 60’s and 70’s were the birth place of our modern society, but also, and most importantly, the birthplace of modern music. The 60’s and 70’s gave rise to some of the most inspiring and enjoyable music. Late for Woodstock has been thrilling audiences in Queensland and New South Wales since 1998.
Simply performing is not an option for these tremendous musicians, they live their music. And it is this life-long love of music that Late For Woodstock share with their audience.
“Tune In, Turn On, and Rock Out” is the band motto and you better believe that if the audience can do that then Late For Woodstock will deliver everything else needed for a night out beyond most others.
The four piece line-up features rhythm and lead guitars, harmonica, bass and drums with four part harmonies. The players, who all grew up in the 60’s and “turned on” in the 70’s, are experienced musicians who simply love the music with every fiber of their collective being.
With no shortage of songs to cover, whether you are from the Flower Power Generation or just love to listen to the classics performed by people who were there and loved them, Late For Woodstock has something for everyone.
