Barefoot Running Workshop with Kim Morrison and Dr Brett Hill. Let Brett and Kim teach you how to run as efficiently and as naturally as possible - the way the human body is designed to run! Even if you've never run before, or you want to improve your technique, this workshop is for everyone.
The Wellness Couch (The Wellness Guys and Up For A Chat) duo team up to bring together their knowledge and experience in an active and participatory 1.5 hour workshop where you'll learn the following: -Principles of pain-free running -How to run efficiently and with ease -The dynamics of barefoot and or minimalistic running -Everyday short, sharp and effective workouts anyone can do at home -Functional exercises the body is designed to do without pain or exhaustion -Stretching exercises to warm-up and cool down Date: Saturday 30 August 2014 Time: 7 - 8:30am with optional coffee at Ground Organics afterwards This is a one-ff event so don't miss out!
