This one-day workshop gives you the opportunity to identify your values and set goals in a key area of your life, such as relationships, career, health, spirituality, leisure or personal development.
You will be guided through a step-by-step process to get clear on where you are now and where you would like to be in the future. You will also develop an action plan for success, as well as learning some valuable mindfulness skills to stay present and enjoy the journey along the way.
We will also be practicing some secular evidence-based mindfulness techniques to help you deal with difficult thoughts or feelings that can pop up when we commit to change. Key workshop outcomes:
This workshop uses the principles of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), an evidence-based mindfulness therapy that helps people find their sense of meaning and purpose and effectively handle difficult thoughts or feelings that are part of our human experience.
