The practice of mindfulness is both straightforward, practical and one of the key techniques to happiness. In this one-day course we explore different kinds of mindfulness and discover how to turn daily activities into mindfulness practices.
This is a general course equally appropriate for people with or without a spiritual tradition. Venerable Tsultrim has been a student of Chenrezig Institute for 14 years. She is a counsellor with a Master of International Studies in Peace and Conflict Resolution.
She works with people at risk of suicide, their family and friends. Tsultrim uses mindfulness techniques and other Buddhist principles to help people make changes to develop peace and contentment in their hearts.
