Digs in on National Tree Day

Whether you’re a green thumb or want to do your bit for the environment come along on Sunday 31 July to plant a tree on National Tree Day.
Council is supporting a tree planting at David Low Way, Marcus Beach, from 8.30 to 11.30am on Sunday 31 July. The planting site will be located on the Eastern side of the David Low Way just south of Marcus Creek.

There will be tree planting and wildlife presentations on the day. Please wear appropriate clothing—a hat, covered shores, long sleeved shirt and long pants are recommended.

Gloves, tools and equipment for planting, watering cans and buckets, drinking water and a BBQ will be provided on the day.
