The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) is an independent tribunal. They are committed to actively resolving disputes in a way that is fair, just, accessible, quick and inexpensive.

Disputes that are commonly directed through QCAT include building, consumer, residential tenancy, neighbourhood (trees and fences) and body corporate.

This session, presented by Suncoast Community Legal Service, provides an overview in terms of how to bring your matter before QCAT. Learn what is needed to prepare an application and what formalities you can expect.
