The Noosa Parks Association  - Weekly Diary
Friday 17th  March to Thursday 23rd March inclusive.

The natural environment of the Noosa District is its most valuable asset.  Support its protection so you may continue to enjoy it.

Friday 17th March
8.30 am - Interpretive Birding at Wallace Park with Valda McLean.
10.15 am - Morning Tea.
Environment Forum
10.30 am - Reports of local flora and fauna
11.00 am - Discussion on matters of local environmental interest or concern
11.15 am - NPA Bird Observers Group - past, present and future - Valda McLean and Cecily Fearnley

Sunday 19th -  Bird Observer's Field Outing, meet at 8.00 am at Harbour Town - Noosa River Cruise aboard the 'River Express'. Bring lunch. Cost $20.00 pp. Please book seat direct with Noosa River and Canal Cruises, Harbour Town, Tewantin, phone 5455 6410. Leader Valda McLean 5476 2123

For additional information visit the Environment Centre, between 10 00 am and 2.00 pm each weekday, or phone on 5474 2486. The centre is staffed by volunteers for the public's information and enjoyment.
