The Noosa Parks Association - Weekly Diary Friday 1st to Thursday 7th September
This week's NPA Environment Forum at the Environment Centre, starts Friday 1st with interpretative birding with Valda McLean at 8.30. At 10.30 discussion of local flora, and fauna following morning tea at 10.15. At 11.15 am Open discussion on local environmental issues
Sunday 3rd Noosa Tramper's walk will be an excellent wildflower walk across little visited wallum heath and swampy areas from Stumers Creek to Emu Mountain. This will be a three to four hour walk and will involve some wet areas. Meet at 8 am at Coolum Primary School (UBD Map Reference 39 C17). Bring morning tea and be prepared for a little wading!
