Sunshine Coast Council proudly supports Sunshine Coast Reconciliation Group's latest seminar in its series of five entitled Our Shared History to be held from 9am–2pm on Friday, July 22 at the North Shore Community Centre in Mudjimba.

This is seminar is about the Songlines and Creation Stories of the Sunshine Coast and ancient Aboriginal Stories of the Australian Coastline. 

Speakers include:

  • Kabi Kabi Traditional Owners, Uncle Nurdun Serico, Melinda,  Maurice and Michael Serico
  • Colleen Wall from Njuin Warrup
  • Patrick Nunn, Professor of Geography, University of the Sunshine Coast

Panel discussion with Traditional owners, presenters and audience 

Bush Tucker morning tea and light lunch provided.

This seminar is part of a series of 4 shared history events to be held on the sunshine coast over the next 8 months, details will be announced at the event.
