What does a line sound like? Inspired by the DIY-attitudes of Midnight Oil in their current exhibition, Noosa Regional Gallery is hosting a unique Kids and YOUTH workshop this FRIDAY, delving into the worlds of DIY electronics and music. Brisbane sound artist, Mauricio Iregui, will show how to create a pencil that draws sound, with some basic bits and pieces attached to the humble led pencil.

Guided over 90 minutes, participants will explore the science of sound, electricity, soldering and electronics... all on the shady banks of the Noosa River, out front of The Gallery.

It's an awesome environment for stirring up the creative mind! VACANCIES open.
