Creative Seniors
Creative Noosa has opportunities for Seniors to take part in a series of arts based workshops starting at the end of January in Cooroy.  Run over a period of six weeks, the workshops will support the development of creative materials based on the stories, histories and memories of seniors living in Noosa Shire.
The workshops are free of charge and open to all Seniors and no experience is required.  Leading facilitator of creative histories, memories and memorabilia projects Neal Price will support participants to help them share their experiences and stories.
An exhibition called "Reflections" will be held at the end of March, showcasing the completed creative work and the lives of our Seniors to the broader community.
To find out more please attend the information morning tea being held at the Cooroy Butter Factory on Thursday 18th January at 10 am.  RSVP to Creative Noosa on 5472 0222 by 16th January.
• REFLECTIONS is a Creative Noosa project delivered in partnership with The Noosa Respite Centre and St Luke's Nursing Service and with funding from The Foundation of Rural & Regional Renewal.
