Do you have Scottish ancestors?  Why did they leave?  How did they get here? & What trails were left?  These questions will be answered at a Scottish Seminar to be conducted by Mr. Sam Heron QFHS & Marge Woolley.  Hosted by CALOUNDRA FAMILY HISTORY RESEARCH INC. this Seminar will be held on  Saturday 21st April at the Guide Hut, Arthur Street, Caloundra from 1pm - 4pm.  Cost will be $10 and includes afternoon tea.  Bookings are essential for catering purposes.   
General meetings of CFHR Inc. are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 1.30 pm.  Their meeting on 19th April will have an Anzac theme. Prior to this meeting the Family Tree Maker Group will meet at 11am.
CFHR's Research rooms are opened  on Thursdays from 1pm to 4pm (except 3rd Thursdays) and on Saturdays from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.  The Group have recently added many new resources to their library so please pay them a visit.  You will be assured of a very warm welcome and members are always willing to give you a helping hand.
