Short film closing extravaganza
The short film competition SCRUFFFY will stage a closing extravaganza at the Kings Beach Amphitheatre on Saturday 27 June.
The big closing event will announce the winners of this year's short film competition and include performances by nationally acclaimed Indie blues and garage band The Vagrant City Scandal and acoustic instrumental band Universal Veil, screenings of winning short film entries, carnival rides, markets and food stalls, and movie screenings.

* Award-winning filmmaker and x-treme shorts judge Beau Eastman -- the 20-year-old Warana local made his name following his award-winning Our Guru of Surfing film that portrays his brother Joel who has multiple sclerosis

SCRUFFFY, the Sunshine Coast Regional Underground Film Festival For Youth, is a short film competition that attracts work from some of the country's most talented young filmmakers.
