The Annual General Meeting of the Tewantin Neighbourhood Group of the Australian Sewing Guild was held on Saturday 28th April 2011, the group welcomed a new coordinator to the committee.

Many thanks Sarah for volunteering for this position. Thank you Barbara for your sterling effort as coordinator during the last few years.

The next meeting will be on Saturday 25th June at the Masonic Hall, Cnr Moorindil & Toolar Sts, Tewantin Qld 4565, at 9.00 am until 3.00 pm with an exciting programme of three different projects:
Shirring with Barbara at 9:30 to 10.30
Inset Pockets with Lorraine 11:00 to 12:30
Silk ribbon Embroidery with Annette 1:45pm to 2:45
Members not wishing to participate in the activities will continue working on Aprils knee rugs or bring own projects .

If you love sewing and wish to improve your sewing ability, or if you have talents to share and love to meet like-minded people, you are invited to visit or become a member of the Australian Sewing Guild Inc There is a fee to join the Australian National Sewing Guild, it is a not for profit national organization.
