Minister for State Development and Innovation Tony McGrady said the new Smart Business PLUS program would provide practical strategies to help Sunshine Coast small business owners improve their businesses.
The program being offered by the State Development and Innovation Centre (SDIC) Sunshine Coast
"Smart Business PLUS specifically looks at any factors holding your business back, how to deal with those, and then helps you develop a targeted operational plan to ensure sustainable growth," Mr McGrady said.
"It could be just the answer to ensuring your business grows and continues to prosper."
Mr McGrady said the program was an ideal way for participants to begin working on their business with their local SDIC.
"The SDIC Sunshine Coast is there to help your business succeed - you can access a range of services and assistance to make your goals a reality," he said.
Smart Business PLUS is part of the Queensland Government's Small Business Accelerator program, which gives eligible high growth firms access to expertise and guidance to grow their business.
The program will be delivered by Sunshine Coast business development firm Enact Business Architects.
State Government financial subsidies to attend the program may be available to eligible firms.
Smart Business PLUS workshops will be held at the Outrigger Resort, Mooloolaba on 10 June, 24 June, 8 July, 16 July and 22 July from 8.30am to 5pm.
