The Suncoast Spinners Wheelchair Basketball club is holding its annual Wheelchair Basketball tournament over 3 days next January the 16th,17th and 18th 2015 at the Caloundra Indoor Stadium, Golden Beach. Games start at 10.30am Friday the 16th and play through until 8.30pm.

Saturday 8am to 3.30pm and Sunday 8.30am to 2pm when the A grade grand final will be played. 20 teams from across Australia and one international team, around 200 athletes including Coaching staff and referees. World famous Australian Paralympian Shaun Norris (Gold and Silver Paralympian medalist) along with Adam Dean, Jordan Bartley and Tom O'Neill-Thorne. Tom Kyle Australian Gliders Coach. Bridie Keen, Captain of the Australian Women's Team, (Gliders) all competing at this event. World class athletes at our door step. Spectator entry is FREE and the event is fully catered with food and refreshments available for purchase.

We invite all Sunshine Coast residents to come along and support your local club and enjoy some outstanding sport. You won't see anything like this; Wheelchair Basketball is a fast and thrilling sport. Come and see some of Australia's best and our local athletes on show.
