This workshop will help you find ways to reduce stress, increase relaxation and discover fulfilment and potential in life with the help of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.

The day will include both theory and practice and cover the following: 

  • The physiology of stress 
  • Managing stress and stressors in daily life
  • Personal stress assessment and identification
  • How yoga and meditation can help us thrive, find fulfilment and discover a new perspective on ourselves
  • Key Yoga and Meditation Practices to induce calm, inner silence and deep relaxation

Dharmashakti has over 20 years of yoga and meditation training and experience.  She is a yoga therapist/teacher and Holistic counsellor who is eligible for registration as a provisional psychologist
