Trouble in Nursery Rhyme

Nursery Rhyme Land comes under threat, when old Baron Hardup becomes the new tax-collector and turns from being the nicest man in the land to the nastiest. And if anyone doesn't pay their taxes, his bailiffs Nick and Nack take payment in kind.

Bo-Peep has lost her sheep, Little Boy Blue’s horn has been confiscated and ends up on ebay. Even Mother Goose is threatened with eviction. But things are not what they seem and the reason for the Baron’s sudden change becomes clear, when Grizelda the Witch reveals that she is the power behind the throne. She intends to force out all the good characters and replace them with baddies, such as Abanazer, and rule as Queen of Nursery Rhyme Land. The good Nursery Rhyme characters seem powerless to stop her from achieving her aim, but then hope arrives in the shape of Peter Pan fresh from defeating Captain Hook.

With the help of Peter and the assistance of Fairy Snow, they fight back and eventually win the day. A lovely panto which weaves lot’s of well-known Nursery Rhyme characters, into a traditional panto storyline.
