The skills Bec has learnt through yoga, she says has, "changed her life" to one of peace, calm and self love, her life is completely different now and finding yoga gave her the courage to move forward, find the time to self nurture and follow her intuition. One of his main motto's is "good health should be affordable and accessible to everyone" so his goal is to provide a variety of different events and resources (some at absolutely no cost to attend) to help as many people as possible.
