Western Bulldogs CEO, Coach and Players
to inspect new Sunshine Coast Stadium
this Friday  May 6th , 2005 - 12.15pm.

The Sunshine Coast Sports Stadium development has captured the interest of many sporting teams across the country, including the Western Bulldogs AFL team, St George-Illawarra NRL team and other national and state sporting clubs.

For the past 3 years the Western Bulldogs have travelled to the Sunshine Coast for pre-game training and preparation prior to playing the Brisbane Lions.  The Sunshine Coast Sports Stadium development based at Quad Park, Kawana Waters will now provide teams such as the Western Bulldogs with a first class training facility, quality playing conditions and other exciting event opportunities.

Four years ago, Western Bulldogs CEO Campbell Rose launched the strategic vision for Quad Park Corporation, which included the Sunshine Coast Sports Stadium.

Mr Tony Long, Chairman of Quad Park Corporation Pty Ltd, along with Mr Reg Roberts General Manager, will be presenting the Bulldogs CEO Campbell Rose and Coach Rodney Eade with the details of the plan for this magnificent sporting development.

Western Bulldogs Captain Brad Johnson and players Daniel Giansiracusa, Rowan Smith and Robert Murphy will also be present to discuss the stadium development and the exciting future for sports on the Sunshine Coast.

From 5pm on Friday May 6th at Quad Park, the Western Bulldogs will be in training. Public are invited to head to Quad Park to meet the Bulldogs players.
