And a glass of Tahbilk Museum re-release Marsanne 1997 Nagambie Lakes Vic
Eye fillet wrapped in prosciutto w/ truffle mash, field mushrooms, green beans & red wine jus
Served with a glass of Bowen estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2001 Coonawarra S.A.
