Improve your Health and wellbeing with our 12 week Beginners course for Yoga and Meditation.

You will learn a balanced sequence of Yoga stretches, Breath techniques, deep relaxation and Meditation to strengthen and relax the body and calm the mind.

The course is held on Tuesday nights over 3 months. However if you need to participate for a shorter period of time it is also possible.
