A foundation course for your yoga journey ...
This course will guide you through sessions that are aimed to deepen your understanding of Yoga's essential teachings and their practical applications. Experience a balanced combination of theory and practice. This course is open to all with some yoga experience.
The course includes session themes on:
· The ancient origins of Yoga, its meaning and ultimate aim
· Fostering Human Qualities
· Yoga - the Balancing Principle
· Traditional yogic philosophy
· Chakras, mantras, mudras, bandhas and much much more!!
Starts Thursday May 8
Includes Yoga class from 6 - 7.30 pm and Studies 7.30 - 8.30pm
some evenings we will have chai and food together afterwards.
