Bizbrokers Business Sales

Bizbrokers was first established in June 1993 by its founder Chris Greenfield.  The original trading name was Greenfields Business and Commercial Brokers.  Later the business grew to a one stop shop whereby Chris introduced financial planning, tax and accounting, mortgage lending and business sales.  In 2008 Chris sold all business interests and retired.  Unfortunately for the new owners they couldn't make a success of the business and 'shut up shop.'  At the stage of Chris selling Encompass Business Sales the business had a very high profile so it didn't take long for Chris' mobile to start ringing and people "saying well who will sell my business now?"  Chris decided to start back up again at the same premises and launched Bizbrokers Business Sales. 

Bizbrokers specialise in all types of businesses and Chris specialises in medium to large businesses.  Our policy is to only have on hand enough businesses so we can provide genuine service to our clients.  We have an exclusive "client notes" system that is unique and allows a seller to peruse their file 24/7, by a simple log in process.  The seller knows right up to the second what is happening with buyers or internally with us the brokers. 

Selling a business is an important transaction and the handling of a very valuable asset, our motto here is "don't sell your business short, call us first."  Ensure any brokers you discuss the sale of your business will do the following:

1. When appraising your business make sure they present it to you in writing;
2. the appraisal should in great detail provide an analysis of the price they recommend;
3. it should also advise how many businesses have been sold similar to yours and all fees and charges should be disclosed.
