Fiona Simpson 2012 (9)

Fiona is passionate about the Sunshine Coast having grown up and gone to school here. She believes in conserving the area's natural beauty and supporting local jobs so the area's youth have local opportunities and families don't have to commute out of the region for work.

Fiona has a track record of getting things done. This includes the construction of the Pacific Paradise Bypass, the duplication of the Maroochy River Bridge on the Sunshine Motorway, the Maroochydore Road upgrade and the new boat ramp and floating walkways at Parkyn Parade, Mooloolaba.

Fiona is determined to make sure the Sunshine Coast gets a fair go. When in Government, the LNP were committed to building the Sunshine Coast Public University Hospital to serve the area's current and future needs, cutting the cost of living by freezing family car rego and to restoring frontline services such as more police numbers and better public transport.

Fiona welcomes people's feedback about what's important to them. You can contact her via her website www.fionasimpson.com.au or by calling her office on 5406 7100.
