Over the last five years the Forde family has partnered with a number of leading Sunshine Coast agents to build a strong Commercial and Residential sales and rental property model.
In 2014 the business has moved away from franchise partners and begins a new chapter in its evolution. Since the Noosa operation began in 2010, it has grown from three staff to sixteen staff, with further acquisitions in the pipeline; Forde Property will begin 2015 with 21 team members.
The Commercial division will be led by Cheryl Vize with the Residential team to continue to be led by Andrew Johnson. Forde Property will refrain from the chorus of real estate agency’s trumpeting their virtues or engage in rhetoric about how different or wonderful they are.
Our focus will always be about people, listening to people and responding to their needs. We understand that selling, buying and renting property requires precise skills.
