I am sure you get the idea, there has to be a real value to the information for the visitor, not just self promotional. If you have a Press Release or News article that you would like uploaded please just email email@example.com with the following information:
Article Title: Something succinct & catchy is always good
Article validity: The default for article display is always one month, though if for example your article is about free check ups for the next two months or something similar then please advise a date for the article to come off display.
Article Detail: Like everything else onsite, the more info the better
