Opera on Kings on Saturday evening May 19 features Vavachi Classic Occasions and its award winning quartet of acclaimed Queensland classical performers on stage at one of finest outdoor venues in the country This is a free community event from twilight until around 8pm with a specially created family programme that features solos, duets and ensembles.
Directed by Roger Davy, who has performed with Opera Queensland and was one of the founding members of the acclaimed Ten Tenors, Opera on Kings promises to be an uplifting evening of music and song.
Event organiser Rhonda Pattinson said the feature singers would be supported by the honeyed tones of the 50-member Caloundra Chorale.
