The 2012 gala has been locked in for Friday, 21st of September at the Palmer Coolum Resort, Mount Coolum (formerly the Hyatt Coolum).

Mark Beretta and Natalie Barr from Channel 7 are our confirmed hosts, with Coastline BMW once again on board as the event's major sponsor. Stay tuned for the exciting annuoncement of this year's celebrity guest and entertainment line up.

Since 2009, the Wishlist Spring Carnival Gala has raised more than $300,000 for the needs of public health services on the Sunshine Coast, and in 2012 we are aiming to raise funds to purchase an ultrasound for prostate biopsies worth $118, 200.

We are excited about this year's cause targeting prostrate cancer as Wishlist recognises the importance of men's health, which is often pushed to the backburner. Having this equipment locally will significantly streamline the diagnoses and treatment capabilities available to prostrate cancer patients on the Coast.

Wishlist would like to thank the volunteer committee members hard at work on the 2012 Wishlist Spring Carnival Gala including committee chairman Travis Schultz, Jenny Swaine, Nikki Parkinson, Debbie Ladd, Coralie Kurz, Maya Gurry, Megan Meineke, Dee Johnson, Sue Willis, Grant Ferry & Craig McCulloch.
