Plastic Free July- Join us for a screening of A Plastic Ocean an adventure documentary that brings to light the consequences of our global disposable lifestyle. A Plastic Ocean begins when journalist Craig Leeson is searching for the elusive blue whale, discovers plastic waste in what should be pristine ocean. A team of international scientists and researchers travel to twenty locations around the world over the next four years to explore the fragile state of our oceans, uncovering alarming truths about plastic pollution and reveal working solutions that can be put into immediate effect.

After the screening there will be a Q&A session facilitated by Tim Silverwood, co-founder and CEO of Take 3, a not-for-profit organisation devoted to raising awareness about the impact of plastic pollution in our oceans, a passionate presenter, consultant and educator. Tim will be joined by a panel to discuss ways forward and solutions, bring your ideas and questions.
